The Team Behind The Wheels

Steve joined his father, Floyd, in 1973 after graduation from Illinois State University, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  Since Floyd felt that truck-based ambulances were better suited for delivering cargo rather than patients, Steve came on board to assume a role in ambulance sales. To achieve a better understanding of his customer’s needs, Steve earned an EMT certification (#13,000) on the National Registry in 1973. Steve and his wife Jackie spend their winter months in Florida and their summers in the Sterling area, allowing them to watch their grandchildren in their activities and assist at the shop when needed.

Andrew joined his dad, Steve, to take over sales in central and downstate Illinois and Iowa.  Andrew had a background in the health care industry upon graduation from St. Ambrose University, and initially pursued sales in the insurance industry.  Having grown up around the family business, watching and listening to how things were done, Andrew was quickly able to make a transition into ambulance sales, thereby helping to expand the company’s sales territories.

Shawn originally came to Foster Coach to prepare units for delivery.  He later put his degree in Graphic Arts from the Art Center of Design in Pasadena, CA to use by starting the graphics department at Foster Coach.  He eventually took on the challenge of overseeing sales in Wisconsin and Eastern Missouri.  Shawn has consistently increased the company’s sales volume in Wisconsin with his enthusiasm for listening to and meeting the custom needs of the state’s providers.

PJ joined his brothers in 2012 at Foster Coach.  After earning a Business degree from Illinois State University in 2001 PJ went to work in the banking industry in Chicago.  PJ moved to Arizona in 2003 within the banking industry and then became the Director of Business Development for an Online Advertising Company.  PJ has consistently been one of the top performers for Foster Coach, while also achieving sales honors from the ambulance manufacturers that Foster Coach represents.  Rounding out the family business, PJ serves customers throughout the Chicagoland area and Western Missouri.
