It's been great dealing with Shawn. He's always very prompt getting back to us. The ambulances are always high quality. Most importantly, we value their commitment to doing the right thing. The best example of this was hearing the story of how they are keeping a longtime, seriously ill employee on the payroll. They easily could have drop him from their health plan, but instead elected to do the right thing by keeping him on their insurance. This is type of company that we will continue to do business with.
